About#

  • B.Ing. Biomedical Engineering, Polytechnique Montreal (2015).

  • M.A.Sc. Biomedical Engineering, Polytechnique Montreal (2018).

Iโ€™m a masters student working on axon and myelin segmentation of microscopy data of the spinal cord. My main tasks in the lab are to:

  • Develop standard image processing software for the automatic segmentation of axon and myelin in spinal cord microscopy images (AxonSeg software).

  • Develop machine learning based software for the segmentation of axon and myelin in spinal cord microscopy images (AxonDeepSeg software).

  • Work on the coding and segmentation part of the rat atlas microscopy project.

  • Help with the microscopy data management, ground truth labelling and user support for AxonSeg and AxonDeepSeg.
