B.Ing. Biomedical Engineering, Polytechnique Montreal (2015).
M.A.Sc. Biomedical Engineering, Polytechnique Montreal (2018).
Iโm a masters student working on axon and myelin segmentation of microscopy data of the spinal cord. My main tasks in the lab are to:
Develop standard image processing software for the automatic segmentation of axon and myelin in spinal cord microscopy images (AxonSeg software).
Develop machine learning based software for the segmentation of axon and myelin in spinal cord microscopy images (AxonDeepSeg software).
Work on the coding and segmentation part of the rat atlas microscopy project.
Help with the microscopy data management, ground truth labelling and user support for AxonSeg and AxonDeepSeg.
